the first thing to note is that except for operators and maintenance personnel, other personnel are forbidden to perform maintenance operations on the equipment. in addition, turn off the power before maintenance to avoid danger.
1. before working every day, air pressure must be used to blow the machine and conveyor belt to keep it clean.
2. when there is shrinkage film residue found at the knife edge of the sealing knife, please use a cotton towel to gently remove the residue on the surface (when the sealing knife is warm). it is forbidden to use metal to wipe, because metal friction will break the knife
the protective film reduces the function of the sealing knife.
3. maintenance of residual material recovery axle:
(1) maintain once a month.
(2) remove the fixing nut of the first wheel, take out the spring and the collecting wheel.
(3) apply butter on the contact surface between the shaft and the recovery wheel to keep the collection wheel running smoothly.
(4) reinstall the collecting wheel and spring, and fix the nut.
4. chain and sprocket maintenance: maintenance is about once every three months, first remove the protective cover, apply butter to the contact gap between the chain and the sprocket, and reinstall the protective cover after maintenance.
5. bearing and bearing housing maintenance: maintenance is about once every three months. the part where the bearing and the bearing housing are installed on the machine table must be dripped with hydraulic oil in the contact gap between the bearing and the spindle to maintain lubrication.
6. check whether the fixing screw of the cutter is tightly locked, and if it is loose, lock it tightly (once a month).
7. the belt will loosen after running for a period of time. if the belt cannot drive tightly, adjust the belt tightness.
8. if the teflon on the cutting knife falls off, which will cause the film to stick to the cutting knife, the cutting knife needs to be replaced with teflon or a new sealing knife.
9. check whether the teflon tape on the sealing silicone strip is damaged. if it is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
